From the living room and bedroom you can access a large 20 square meter balcony with sea view, equipped with a table, chairs and outdoor armchairs.
Inside, the apartment is equipped with armored door, video intercom, individually adjustable summer and winter air conditioning in each room, electric shutters, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.
The apartment, bright and soundproofed, has a parking space and a private bicycle storage inside the property available free of charge without reservation.

Il bello della Liguria di Ponente
“Residenza Ginepri 69” è un elegante residence situato nella tranquilla ma turistica Bergeggi, lungo il declivio di Torre del mare, in zona elegante e molto silenziosa, a pochi passi da spiagge, stabilimenti balneari ed il nostro incantevole mare.
La vicinanza al Corsica Ferries Terminal (5 minuti in auto) vi permetterà di godere di una riposante e rilassante tappa, prima dell’imbarco verso la meravigliosa “Isola della Bellezza” ed arrivando in auto non avrete pensiero per il parcheggio, potendo utilizzare il nostro garage, annesso all’appartamento.
La Residenza Ginepri 69 si trova in posizione comoda per raggiungere altri luoghi liguri altrettanto incantevoli quanto Bergeggi: Noli, Varigotti, Finalborgo…
Oppure la vicina Savona, con il suo Priamar ed il centro storico.
Oltre alla possibilità di gite di un giorno verso Genova, le Cinque Terre o la Costa Azzurra, sul versante occidentale.. .
In estate é infine estremamente comodo a qualunque ristorante dislocato sul mare.

Check-in to be confirmed at least 48 hours before, outside the permitted hours based on the availability of the structure with an additional cost of 40 euros.
